About us

Prosciej (prosciej.com) — browser-based 3D furniture planner for carpenters. You draw the room, build the furniture from panels in 3D and get a cutting list, a sheet layout, a priced PDF and a DXF file — with nothing to install.

Who we are

Prosciej is made by Paweł Kazubski in Szczecin, Poland. It is developed together with the carpenters who already use it — many of its features exist thanks to them. Each new feature is described in the Articles section.

The name is written without Polish letters: Prosciej. The website is prosciej.com.

Who it is for

  • Carpenters and furniture workshops

    Design, a cutting list with edge banding, the sheet layout and the quote in one place, a DXF file for CNC and a link that shows the client the furniture in 3D.

  • Interior and furniture designers

    Built-ins in 3D with real decors and a 3D render of the design for the client — in the Standard plan. Household appliances to place in the design are coming soon.

  • Furniture and board retailers

    A quick built-in design with the client at the counter, and a cutting list to pass on for cutting — with EGGER and Kronospan decors.

  • Hobbyists and DIYers

    A free demo in the browser: design a cabinet or a wardrobe and see which panels it is made of.

What the program does

  • Runs in the browser on Mac and Windows — nothing to install.
  • A room from its dimensions or drawn wall by wall, sloped ceilings included.
  • Parametric cabinets and a built-in wizard: kitchen, wardrobe, under a sloped ceiling.
  • More than 500 EGGER and Kronospan decors.
  • A live cutting list: sizes, cut size after edge banding, banded edges, grain.
  • Sheet layout, a quote from your own prices as a PDF, DXF, CSV and XLSX export.
  • A 3D render of the design in the Standard plan.
  • Drawing furniture as on paper, the “Drawers…” and “Shelves…” dialogs, cabinets with lift-up flaps and maths in dimension fields (e.g. 600-18*2).
  • A view-only 3D link for the client.
  • Coming soon: L- and U-shaped kitchens, a library of ready-made kitchen cabinets, 3D hinges, drawers and flap lifts, aluminium-frame fronts and household appliances to place in the design.
